Necessary for Automatic Tool Changer. Most holders can be ordered with this option. One retaining ring (#900-20-03) is included and installed. The O-ring slot has been eliminated on all 20mm holders. Some images may show the O-ring slot.

50-20-01 Electrode Holder - Solid Nose
20mm diameter, 5mm cross pin, 50mm from cross pin to end of holder, soft machinable nose, 8mm flush hole in rear. Retaining ring and case hardened main body are basic features found on most Sunspot holders. Packed 35 per case.

50-20-02 Electrode Holder - Flush Hole

Drilled 25mm deep and reamed 20mm deep .5mm clearance is for minimizing drill breakage when drilling flush holes. Reamed diameters available: .250”, .376” and .501”. Last portion of part number will be the bore diameter.

39-20-09 Electrode Holder - Flanged
Has soft steel flange. Drill mounting holes as needed. Has .125” dia. Flush hole on center. 39mm from cross pin to face of flange. Packed 12 per case.

46-20-09 Electrode Holders - Flanged
Has soft steel flange. Has .125” dia. Flush hole. This holder is required for some Automatic Tool Changers in which a retaining ring must be used. 46mm from cross pin to face of flange. Packed 12 per case.

50-20-100 Electrode Holder - Cross Bar (ATC)
Has 1/2"x 1” x 4” soft steel bar welded in place. Bolt or glue long electrodes to bar. Packed 10 per case.

This particular holder only comes with the ATC flat and retaining ring.

Has 1/2"x 2” x 4” soft steel bar welded in place. Bolt or glue long electrodes to bar. Packed 6 per case.

Accepts optional ER-20 collets .5mm to 13mm (.02” to .512”).
Flush through electrode. 20 neoprene seals and two wrenches are included. Hardened tool steel.

Low cost collet shank for use when indexing is not required. Since there is no cross pin, longer tubing or electrode blanks can be used and manually fed forward as wear occurs. 20 neoprene seals and two wrenches are included. Non ATC.

12 piece collet set. Size range - .5mm to 13mm (.04” to .512”).
Includes labeled wood storage rack.

Very large electrodes can be held in place directly onto a magnetic chuck. (These unhardened blanks can be machined to your specific needs.)

100mm diameter flange with 5C end and thread. Has balancing flat and accepts our 20mm SuperChuck for lathe and whirly gig (spin fixture) applications.
